The Wisconsin Graders Reserve is a father & daughter run business with five licensed WI Cheese Graders. The cheddars are hand selected for us based on a balance of flavor, texture, acidity and bitter to round out the pleasant tasting experience. Because not all cheeses can be placed in this elite group, the inventory is limited.
